FAQ

  • What is appropriate attire for an aerial class?

Comfy, tight fitting workout clothes. We suggest to cover knees and armpits to avoid fabric burns. No jewelry, zippers, snaps or rivets that could snag on fabric.

  • What should I bring to class?

There is cubbies to store personal belongings. Bring a waterbottle, notebook or device for filming videos. See photo/video policy in client handbook.

  • Can I rig at home?

The answer is maybe. I’m not qualified to inspect your structure or rig at your residence. Please refer to Steve Santos Introduction to Rigging: Aerialist Essentials.

  • Can I participate in an aerial class if I'm not flexible?

Absolutely! Everything can be modified to accommodate flexibility levels.

  • Can I participate in an aerial class if I don't have upper body strength?

Of course! Class curriculum is step by step and designed to be progressive. You will build strength by participating in class. Still feel like you need something extra? Schedule a consultation for a specific movement goal, we can make a plan together! I also have plenty of coach recomendations up my sleeve.

  • Can I participate if I have an injury?

Before participating consult your doctor and physical therapist about any training restrictions.
